All trip reservations must be received via phone or email.
Trip reservation is not considered valid until deposit has been paid. All major credit cards and checks are accepted for deposits and full payments.
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all trip bookings.
Valid mailing address, contact phone number and email address are also required for all bookings.
Full trip payment is due 120 days prior to trip departure date. All guests will receive an email notification 5 days before payment date. We will automatically charge the card on record 120 days prior to departure date unless otherwise notified. We must have either a check or card payment at the 120 day deadline. If trip is not paid in full the reservation will be subject to cancellation by Orange Torpedo Trips.

"Exclusive" trip bookings:
A group must pay for the listed minimums per river to have an exclusive trip, regardless the total number of guests.

Group Discounts
For every 10 full paid fares the group will receive the 11th person for free.
1 & ½ Day Trips
All trip reservations require valid: name, mailing address, and credit card.
There is no deposit required for trip reservations
All 1 & ½ day trips require a minimum of 4 reservations on the Rogue River and 6 reservations on the Klamath and North Umpqua rivers or the trip is subject to cancellation. If insufficient numbers occur you will be able to reschedule or have a full refund.
Rentals & Shuttles
All rental and shuttle reservations require valid: name, mailing address, and credit card.
All "large" rentals will require a 25% deposit at time of reservation. A "large" rental is defined as 10 + Tahiti and/or 2 or more rafts and/or any multi-day rental.
